Prepare the Package
Place the unused gear in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team verifies the condition of your equipment at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
